I found the staff consistently helpful and cute from my arrival. a kitchenette was included in the room which allowed me to prepare meals. the room had a washer. Complimentary detergent was available which was convenient. the location is very convenient, close to the metro and within walking distance of many cafes.

The pool area was often crowded. Finding a sun chair sometimes proved difficult.

the room was a good size it was very clean. complimentary wine in the afternoons was a very welcome treat too.

the bedroom and bathroom i got were tiny it was a bit of a squeeze. i found it unnecessary to sacrifice space to have an oven in such a small space.

my room included a mini-kitchen, and that help a lot. i like to cook a bit when i travel. the bed was comfortable, and the room layout was designed efficiently, so i found it relaxing.

the outdoor pool area look amazing, i just didn't had the chance to try it. i saw a gym, but i didn't use it, seemed well equipped. the location is also awesome to use the city's public transportation.

The location is accessible to many areas. I easily walked from one place to another. The restaurant downstairs was convenient. The hotel is pretty.

The breakfast wasn't worth 19e. I hadn't booked it as part of my room. I asked for a coffee press, but it wasn't provided. I ended up buying one.

i found the staff very helpful and polite the hotel is close to a good selection of restaurants i also found a couple of good supermarkets within a very short walk

our shower was broken and the handle was not securely on the sink we often did not get a response and never got the three cleanings we were scheduled for
